Night Head Genesis, is apparently done in soft subs, and thus, needs a certain new codec…

What is this all about. I just tried to start on a new series, and turns out it doesn’t have subtitles. Is it a problem with my com, or is it simply not subben in the first place?
The anime in question is called Night Head Genesis. From what I pick up, it’s about a couple of brothers who have some sort of psychic powers. Note the what I can pick up. There’s no english subtitles. Maybe I should go ask the people at Anime-keep what’s wrong.
